After arrival in Rome transfer to the hotel - and dinner

Day 03

ROME
Morning drive to the area of the Colosseum, Forum Romanum
and Circus Maximus - afternoon walk around Via del Corso
and Spanish Steps area, Trevi Fountain past Pantheon to
the Piazza Navona - return to the hotel for dinner - then
a brief illumination tour to see the Colosseum at night
and then up to Gianicolo (B, D) |
Day 04

ROME - FLORENCE
Morning check out and visit to the Vatican Museum with
the Sistine Chapel - then visit to Basilica and possibly
walk to Castel St.Angelo - afternoon departure for Florence
- upon arrival check in and dinner (B,D) |
Day 05

FLORENCE
Morning walking tour including Santa Croce, Piazza
Signoria and the Duomo - then at leisure to visit San Lorenzo
Market or one of the Museums ( Uffizi/Academia ) - leave
Florence in the afternoon around 4 pm and drive up to Fiesole
before returning to the hotel for dinner (B,D) |
Day 06

FLORENCE - PISA - NICE
Early morning departure for France - brief stop in
Pisa to see the leaning tower - then on along the Ligurian
Coast to Nice - lunch stop somewhere en route check in
and dinner (B,D) |
Day 07

NICE
All day Cote d'Azur with drive to Monaco ( along Grand
Corniche, return via Moyenne Corniche) , Eze ( perfume
factory ) and Nice itself (B) |
Day 08

NICE - NIMES
Morning departure for Nimes with stop and visit of
Pont du Gard enroute - afternoon time in Nimes (B) |
Day 09

NIMES
Visit the picturesque surroundings of Nimes - poissibly
Les Baux de Provence, Fontvielle, Arles, Aigues Mortes
or perhaps Sainte Marie de la Mer (B) |
Day 10

NIMES - PARIS
Departure for Paris - upon arrival there check in and
dinner (B,D) |
Day 11

PARIS
After breakfast guided bus trip to Versailles and visit
to the Palace - then return to Paris and panoramic tour
of Paris - tour will end at the Eiffel Tower - return to
hotel for dinner (B,D) |
Day 12

Morning group reservation for the Louvre - afternoon
Bateau Mouche ride on the Seine River (B,D) |
Day 13

PARIS
All day at leisure for shopping and additional sightseeing

PARIS - VANCOUVER
Morning transfer to the airport for flight home at
